Vince Lombardi Jr.
VINCE LOMBARDI, JR., the son of the great football coach Vincent T. Lombardi, spent his early years in an atmosphere full of success and achievement. Armed with honesty, integrity and authenticity—virtues he places above all others—Vince earned a law degree and maintained a private practice while serving in the Minnesota Legislature.
Vince made the jump from law and politics to professional football in 1975 when he joined the fledgling Seattle Seahawks as an assistant to the GM. He went on to become Assistant Executive Director of the NFL Management Council as a labor negotiator, and later led two United States Football League teams as President and GM. To each of these organizations Vince brought direction, enthusiasm and the impetus to succeed.
Vince also brings that same passion to his speaking and writing. He's written four books and speaks 60-70 times a year on topics such as Leadership, Motivation and Teambuilding. For more information, please visit www.vincejr.com.
