For many years, the quote hung in my office. It was there for inspiration and as a reminder of what's important in life. I'll never forget when I saw it for the first time. The words hit me right between the eyes and all I could say was, "Wow, that's how I feel!" I've often said that it's not what you say, but how you say it that turns the switch from "off" to "on." It's up to you to make choices that work best for you. It really is all within your point of view. Regret is a matter of perspective. If you like who you are NOW, it follows that you can embrace, without regret, all the choices that led you here.
Difficulties impact me—they do not define me.
