Katherine Wintsch is the author of Slay Like a Mother and founder and CEO of The Mom Complex, where she has spent more than two decades turning the truths women whisper behind closed doors into meaningful change. Her work has been featured by Today, Good Morning America, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and Oprah Daily.

After years of quietly believing she was broken, Katherine fought her way back to herself—and made it her mission to help other women do the same.
