How to Add Us to Your Safe Senders List
Be sure to add us to your safe sender list so that you don’t miss any issues. Every email system is a bit different, so if you need help adding us to your safe sender list, please refer to the instructions below.
The following email help and hints were developed to ensure delivery of Simple Truths Newsletter. Please take a minute and add our email address: simpletruths@e.simpletruths.com to your safe senders list.
Because all IT departments are different and spam filters sometimes filter legitimate email, it is highly recommended that you add the email name simpletruths@e.simpletruths.com to your safe senders list in your email client.
This will ensure that our email get to you safely.
NOTE: The term “Safe Senders List” in a generic name for what some service’s/software’s refer to as “Approved Senders List / Buddy List / Friends List”.
*Users may also white-list our entire domain name (everything behind the @ sign) to ensure all of our communications reach you.

Outlook 2000 and Higher
- Open the email you received from us.
- Click on the Actions menu on the top of your email window.
- Choose Junk Email (see illustration below).
- Select Add Senders Domain...to Safe Senders List to add Simple Truths Newsletter to your safe sender list.
Or Follow These Steps
- Open the email.
- Right-click the sender’s email address.
- Click “add to contacts” in the short-cut menu.
- Click “save and close.”
AOL 8.0
- Open the email.
- Click “add address” icon.
- Verify the sender’s contact information.
- Save it.
AOL WebMail
- Open the email.
- Click on the sender’s name and email address.
- Click “add to address book” in the window that appears.
- Enter any additional information.
- Click “save.”
Hotmail
- Open the email.
- Click “save address” in the toolbar.
- Verify the sender’s contact details.
- Click “ok.”
*Users may also white-list a sender’s entire domain (everything behind the @ sign) using the “Safe List” feature under Options > Mail > Junk E-Mail Protection.
Yahoo!
- Open the email.
- Click the “add to address book” to the right, next to sender’s name.
- Verify the sender’s contact details.
- Click “Add to Address Book.”
Gmail
- Open the email.
- Click “more options” in the email header.
- Click “add sender to contacts list.”
Earthlink
- Open the email.
- Click “add to address book” in the email header.
- Use the “address book editor” to verify the sender’s contact details, and click “save.”
Outlook Express (6+)
- Open the email.
- Left-click the sender icon, or right-click the sender’s name.
- Click “add to address book.”
- Click “save and close.”
Entourage
- Open the email.
- Right-click the sender’s email address.
- Select “add to address book” in the short-cut menu.
- Verify the sender’s contact details.
- Click “save.”
MacMail
- Open the email.
- Ctrl-click the sender’s email address and select “add to address book.”
- Verify the sender’s contact details.
