I love love these books and use them not just for myself but as gifts. They are short, simple and share a powerful message that I use in blogging as well.

The first few pages felt negative.
It almost had the feel of “how to fire someone.”
The mood of the book was not encouraging.
      It felt dictatorial to me.
Even the cover of the book looked cold.

          Thought provoking!
Incredible insight into a world where we want more for less without understanding the price paid by business and employees. The new world requires different thinking and different action. Appreciated the insight this book gave me.
            Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
