      Great gift for team!
      I bought a number of copies and provided them to my team as a year-end 'thank you' gift for all they have done this year. Feedback has been terrific. I found people flipping through and reading various pages before they had even made it back to their desks. Read it myself before giving it out. Loved it. Relevant, quick read. Definitely something to keep coming back to.

        I love the book- Used for Team Alignment in delivering World Class Service at our Balise Lexus Dealership. Fits into our culture and aligns with our mission statement and brand promise.
