          Impactful!
One of the hardest books I have ever read (over and over again). The principals in this book are so insightful for anyone who has struggled building a positive relationship with a co-worker, family member, neighbor...it will challenge you to and any relationship you may have. If you are able to apply these concepts it will remove so much frustration and hurt from your life. it won't be easy but the the reward is worth the effort. I have shared this book several times with people who feel the same way after reading it. Outstanding!
            Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
