        Stress Is a Choice
This is a very good book. I highly recommend it to anyone who is dealing with a lot of stress. The author gives you some very good suggestions for ways to handle the every day challenges that come into your life so that you do not have to become subject to the stress that Satan wants to place all of us under.

          Good Read
The book was a good read with many quotes to remember. My only disappointment was I ordered the book with a DVD and received only the book. I then had to go back to get a DVD sent. I did receive the DVD finally.

            Stress Is a Choice
I have started to read the book with another family member and we are doing it step by step. At the point where we are at now, it has opened up new insight to stress.
