    Stress is a Choice
Excellent. And all along I thought and blamed others for my STRESS. I totally agree with this book. I also enjoy and like motivational books. Example: Anything that Zig Ziglar writes about. I purchased a book for Brandon Scott, our Grandson. Hope he reads it on a daily basis. Everyone needs a mentor and Zig Ziglar, really helped me. I know he's helped many. Also, gave "Stress Is A Choice" to our son, Scott McKenney. Like Father, like son.

            Excellent Resource!
JFK's quote on page 48 is a great summary of what's in this book: "For time and the world do not stand still. Change is the law of life. And those who look only to the past or the present are certain to miss the future."
