    product description

The title of this beautiful book was inspired by a great quote from Vivian Greene: “Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass…it’s about learning how to dance in the rain!”

How true it is! We all face adversity in our life. However, it’s not the adversity, but how we react to it that will determine the joy and happiness in our lives. During tough times, do we spend too much time feeling sorry for ourselves, or can we, with gratitude, learn how to dance in the rain?

It almost sounds too simple to feel important, but one word—gratitude—can change your attitude and thus your life, forever. Sarah Ban Breathnach may have said it best: “When we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that’s present… We experience heaven on earth.”

Mac Anderson and BJ Gallagher have written a classic on “the awesome power of gratitude.” No matter what your circumstances are, you will read this book and feel extremely blessed!

    Simply a Treasure!
I give this as a gift whenever I need something really special. I was disappointed that the video was not included in the last one. I play mine over and over some days because of the uplift it gives me!

      I highly recommend this book.
All of the books I have bought through Simple Truths have been inspiring. I use the books to give to people under me to hopefully inspire them to loftier ideals. Learning to Dance in the Rain is such a powerful message concerning looking for the positive in each situation as well as being grateful for each and every moment we life. We need to live with intention and be mindful in every situation. I often play the videos at the beginning of my training sessions in the hopes that one will spark others to apply an attitude of gratitude!
