      Customer Service Is Not A Department, It's An Attitude
      Great examples of what others have done for quality customer service. Great book to inspire you to become one of these great examples! It reminds one why you are in service or sales & how to treat the public. Face to face interaction & attitude is everything. It reminds one about the importance of customer satisfaction. The stories of Nordstrom, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, Starbucks are all excellent. The Ten Phrases for customer love are great. They should be used on wall posters & at desks to remind people how to treat their customers whether in person or on the telephone.
