    MAC ANDERSON is the founder of Simple Truths and Successories, Inc., the leader in designing and marketing products for motivation and recognition, including thousands of motivational posters.           This book tells it like it is. I was in the army 20 years. This takes me back to what a good leader is. Your employees have to look up to you not because you are the Boss but because you lead by example. And there is nothing that they have to do that you have not done yourself. This brings you respect.
