To a Child, Love Is Spelled Time
This is my favorite of all your books. I give this book to my customers who are just starting their families. I am amazed today with the numbers of parents who think they can just have "quality" time with their children. I say to these young parents I never heard a child who said, I didn't spend much time with my parents, but we did have some "quality" time. I believe a child only understands "quantity" of time. I have three grown sons whom I have had conversations about what they remembered most about their childhood...all three picked seemingly simple times that I spent 1 on 1 with them. Unfortunately, now I can only look back and HOPE I gave them ENOUGH TIME...because I can't go do it over.

    Highly Recommended
I bought this book for my husband on Father's Day. As a father who works from home, he fully appreicates what the title story and the book bespeaks. I wish all fathers got a chance to read this title story. Today when many fathers are facing lay-offs as a result of the economic environment, maybe this story can help them make the best of the situation and allow them experience renewed bonding between themselves and their children.

To a Child, Love Is Spelled T-I-M-E
I was touched by the DVD so much that I ordered two books with the DVD included. One was for my son and one for my son-in-law. Both are very good fathers to their two children. But everyone could use a reminder that children don't really want material things they just want time with the people that love them most.

          To a Child
As a parent, I found this book to be very touching and inspiring. Childhood is so fleeting, and with the hectic lives we all lead, it helps to be reminded to make the most of every moment with your child. I think it makes a great gift for new parents, because you can't learn soon enough what's really important.
