      This resource should be in the personal library of everyone in SALES or SERVICE. If you lead a sales or service team, invest in it for your whole group. This is a refreshing read with both insight and wisdom that is current and relevant.

        Highly Recommended!
        Enjoyed both books that I ordered about selling but they were both damaged in shipping. Had they been for a gift, I would have been embarrassed because the corners on both ends on both books were smashed. I did not feel like I purchased new books but from a clearance rack. Sorry but that is the truth and I am sure they were new when shipped. If I want quality books, I will have to get them from a book store where the postal service can't get their hands on them. I cannot resell them later in this condition.
