product description

I can’t control what life does to me—but I can control how I react to what life does!

If you had a bank that credited your account each morning with $86,400—with no balance carried from day to day—what would you do? How would you spend your money?

Well, you do have such a bank…time.

Every morning, time credits you with 86,400 seconds to use for whatever purpose you choose. Every night it rules off as “lost” whatever you have failed to use toward good purposes. It carries over no balances and allows no overdrafts. You can’t hoard it, save it, store it, loan it, or invest it. You can only use it.

First Thing Every Morning has everything you need to energize your life and make the best use of those 86,400 seconds each day through—reflections, stories and quotes that will lift your spirits and lighten your load. There are 217 reflections in this book. Read one each day to start your day right, or skip ahead for more daily inspiration. Each chapter tells a brief inspirational story and is enhanced with several quotes for the day. Some chapters even include space for you to write down your own thoughts.

Lewis Timberlake’s insights on more than fifty topics will help you to turn your life around…one day at a time.

First Thing Every Morning Gift Book
In todays economy there are a lot of people losing everything they have worked for. By giving them this one little gift, it gives them a little hope and let's them know that someone does love them and care about their well being. It's a small price to pay for someone else's well being:). Thank You, Tom

          First Thing Every Morning
This is exactly the type of book I was looking for, aside from the Bible, to offer some wonderful reflection & motivation every morning! It is excellent! I really enjoy the success stories and encouraging words, and also like the "notes" section where I can write down what I think about the subject. I would encourage readers to actually write their comments; there is something therapeutic about putting thoughts into words and then writing them down. Outstanding book!
