One of the hardest books I have ever read (over and over again). The principals in this book are so insightful for anyone who has struggled building a positive relationship with a co-worker, family member, will challenge you to and any relationship you may have. If you are able to apply these concepts it will remove so much frustration and hurt from your life. it won't be easy but the the reward is worth the effort. I have shared this book several times with people who feel the same way after reading it. Outstanding!
    Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

      Principles of Life
The principles recommended by Mr Ritter in 100/0 Principle relates to relationship building BUT can also apply to service to others in mission trips, service organizations, church groups to name a few. I have always tried to live by these principles but Mr Ritter has defined them better than I ever could. I have read this book several times over and have given them as gifts to family and friends. I recommend this book highly. It can change your outlook and maybe your life.
        Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          Truly Insightful Book
I got this for my son as he begins his professional career as a college educator. Often time we learn the technical things well but this is a succinct tutorial on what to do when one finds oneself laying low and trying to dodge bullets in the professional world.
