MAC ANDERSON is the founder of Simple Truths and Successories, Inc., the leader in designing and marketing products for motivation and recognition. Excellent Advice!
The Philosophy and advice is so simple and yet says so much! I will be using this with my entire team in the very near future. The DVD is short and to the point. The graphics are excellent and keeps your attention.

          Customer Love A Nordstrom's State Of Mind
          Customer Love is a fantastic book. It is one of my favorite books. I love sharing the stories with staff at our 2700 student high school in California. This year we decided to buy one copy for each of our secretaries. Our secretaries strive to live Customer Love on a daily basis and we thought this would be a great way to share some inspirational stories so they too could make their own inspirational stories with our customers (students, parents, and teachers). They love the book.
