product description

At 211º, water is hot. At 212º, it boils. And with boiling water comes steam. And steam can power a locomotive. The one extra degree makes the difference. This simple analogy reflects the ultimate definition of excellence. The one extra degree of effort, in business and life, can separate the good from the great.

In 212º Service, Mac Anderson covers the ten rules for creating a top notch service culture that any type and any size business can employ to take their service culture to the extra degree. Written with real life examples, this book will have your team excited and coming up with their own ideas to make your service culture the best it can be. This is a great way to kick off your meeting or new hire training followed by each employee reading and discussing this engaging book.

      212 Service
212 Service is an excellent corporate leadership and motivational book. A continuation from 212, it further defines 212 principles in the workplace. The individual testimonial stories of the principles in action with highly known companies and individuals are really the icing on the cake. Great short read. Very applicable to the workplace and to the home.

        Need This On Your Desk
This book was recommended by Todd Durkin from Fitness Quest 10 in his new book, "The Impact Body Plan". This book is a must for everyone to have on their desk for a quick inspirational pick-me-up.

          Exceptional Insight
I read this book quickly, then for a few days read and reread it to let those seemingly insignificant words sink in and it was well worth my time. I work in a non-profit ministry retreat center and shared this with our director and hope to share it with staff. The godly principles in this short treasure of a book are invaluable.
