Simple Truths – International Shipping Policy

Where do you ship?

We ship to most international locations serviced by FedEx. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

What methods are available and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship FedEx International Economy for International orders and United Parcel Service FedEx Ground for orders shipping to the US and US Territories. Both methods are ground. If you need an expedited shipping method, please email us or call customer care for availability.

All orders are processed for shipment from our distribution center in Naperville, Il USA once a week on Tuesdays. Orders placed by Monday midnight CST will ship on Tuesday. Any order placed on Tuesday  will be processed for shipment the following Tuesday. All orders are subject to product availability. Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed on international orders due to potential delays with customs procedures.

After your order is placed you will receive an email order confirmation. Please review and contact us if any changes need to be made. Changes cannot be made to orders once they have been processed in our warehouse.

When your order is processed in our warehouse you will receive an email shipment notification with tracking information. This email informs you that your order has been processed and will ship within 24 hours.

International shipping locations (excluding US and US Territories):

FedEx International Economy generally delivers to most international locations in 3-5 business days. Some locations may take longer. For delivery beofre Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 12/12/11.

International orders shipping to the US and US Territories:

FedEx Ground delivers within 5 business days to most locations.

What are shipping and handling costs?

Shipping costs vary and are based on the shipping method you select, the weight of the order, the size of the order and the postal code destination.

FedEx International Economy includes brokerage fees, however, the customer is responsible for any additional import fees, duties, or taxes assessed by the destination country upon receipt of the package. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable for refused orders.

You can determine your shipping and handling charges before completing your order. Once the items are in the shopping cart, click on “determine shipping charges.”
