Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. If you are shipping to Canada or another international location, please select your shipping location from the drop-down menu located on the upper left corner of the www.simpletruths.com homepage. We ship from Aurora, IL - Monday thru Friday.

What Shipping Carriers do you use?

• We ship United States Postal Service (USPS) for orders containing 5 books or less.
• We ship United Parcel Service (USPS) for most orders containing 6 or more books.

How will my order be processed

• After your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from customercare@simpletruths.com. If your email does not arrive, please check your SPAM folder and be sure to add customercare@simpletruths.com to your address book.
• Please review your order immediately. If any changes need to be made please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot make changes to your order once you have received your Shipping Confirmation email. For faster responce, please call customer care at 630.946.1460.
• When your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an Shipping Confirmation email that will include tracking information. This email informs you that your order has been processed and will ship within 24 hours.

What Shipping Methods are Available?

• USPS - A ground method of transportation that generally delivers within 2-7 business days.
• UPS Ground - delivers within 2-5 business days.
• UPS 3 Day Select - is guaranteed to deliver by the end of the 3rd business day. Delivery to residential locations is guaranteed to arrive by 7 p.m. on the 3rd business day.
• UPS 2nd Day Air - is guaranteed to deliver before the end of the 2 business day. Delivery to residential locations is guaranteed before the end of the day.
• UPS Next Day Air Saver - guaranteed to deliver before the end of the next business day. Delivery to residential locations is guaranteed before the end of the day.
• UPS Next Day Air - guaranteed delivery on the next business day before 10:30 A.M. local time. However, for locations in Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. ervice may be delayed up to 2 days or unavailable.

UPS Guarantees delivery as stated above for Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air only. Simple Truths and UPS are not responsible for delays in delivery attributed to weather, natural disasters or carrier mechanical issues.

What are shipping and handling costs?

Shipping costs vary and are based on the shipping method you select, the weight of the order, the size of the order and the postal code destination.

You can determine your shipping and handling charges before completing your order. Once the items are in the shopping cart, click on "determine shipping charges."

Online orders totaling $50 or more (before shipping and taxes) receive free standard shipping per single shipping address. Orders placed via our corporate sales department may be subject to shipping fees.
