What methods are available and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship FedEx SmartPost (USPS) for up to 5 books or 5 lb. We also offer expedited shipping options.

Most orders over 5 lb will ship via FedEx Ground or expedited method of choice.

Simple Truths reserves the right to change shipping carriers without notice.

After your order is placed you will receive an email order confirmation. Please review and contact us if any changes need to be made. Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been processed in our warehouse.

When your order is processed in our warehouse you will receive an email shipment notification with tracking information. This email informs you that your order has been processed and will ship within 24 hours.

Ground orders are generally processed Monday-Friday within 48 hours of the time the order is placed, with the exception of during the holiday seasons. All orders are subject to product availability.

Any FedEx expedited order placed by 3PM Monday-Friday CST will ship same day. Please note any expedited order placed after 3PM CST or on Saturday/Sunday will ship the following business day.

FedEx SmartPost is a ground method which usually delivers in 2-7 business days (except for: Alaska – in approx. 2 weeks, and Hawaii – in approx. 3 weeks) but is not guaranteed. Orders will receive tracking information and final delivery will be made by US Post Office.

FedEx Ground delivers within 5 business days to most locations. Orders will receive tracking information.

FedEx Priority Overnight is guaranteed to arrive the next business day between10:30AM and noon to most locations. Service may be limited in some locations including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories and may be 1-2 day delivery time. Orders will receive tracking information.

FedEx Standard Overnight is guaranteed to deliver by the end of the next business day. Delivery to residential locations will be later than to business locations. Orders will receive tracking information.

FedEx 2 day is guaranteed to deliver on the second business day to most location and residential delivery is by 7pm. Service may be limited in some locations. Orders will receive tracking information.

FedEx Express Saver is guaranteed to arrive by the end of the 3rd business day. Residential delivery is by 7pm. Method is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories. Orders will receive tracking information.

FedEx guarantees delivery as stated on expedited orders only. FedEx and Simple Truths do not guarantee delivery when delays are beyond FedEx control due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters or mechanical failure.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US states. If you are shipping to Canada or other international location, please select your shipping location from the drop down menu on the top of this page. Orders of 1-5 books or up to 5lbs can ship to PO boxes. All other orders require a physical address for delivery.

What are shipping(postage) and handling costs?

Shipping costs vary and are based on the shipping method you select, the weight of the order, the size of the order and zip code destination. Online orders receive free shipping on ground orders over $50 per shipping address.

Orders placed through our coroporate sales department may incur shipping charges that vary from orders placed online.
