What is our Returns Policy?

Simple Truths delivers 100% satisfaction - guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return your merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip for a refund. You may also return items for exchange. Note: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the original order was damaged or incorrect.

Returns of Audiobooks and eBooks: Due to the digital delivery of our digital content. any apps, audiobooks, and ebooks cannot be returned or refunded.

VIP CLUB monthly mailings are not eligible for return or exchange. VIP members should refer to club terms and conditions for additional information.

Items that are returned must be in their original saleable condition in order to receive credit which will be in the form of the original payment. Refunds and/or credits will be processed within 2-3 weeks from the time the return is received.

If you need to place an exchange order quickly, please contact customer care at 1-800-900-3427. Please note that shipping charges may apply to exchange orders.

Can I return a gift?

Yes. As stated above, our products come with a satisfaction guarantee. If you receive a gift and wish to return or exchange it, you may do so within 30 days of the shipping date. Gift orders that are returned will be credited to the purchaser in the form of the original payment method.

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

If your order is damaged during shipping due to product defects, we will replace the damaged product at no cost to you.

If you receive your order and it is incorrect or missing merchandise, then we will send out the correct or missing product and in some situations, ask that you return to us the product that you did not order. In all cases, we will ensure the correct product is entered into our system and shipped to you, and if applicable, will discuss with you the return of the item(s) you have in hand.

Return and Exchange Instructions:

All returns and exchanges must include a completed Return and Exchange Form. You will be notified via email once your return or exchange has been received and a credit or exchange is being processed.

Orders returned without a completed Return and Exchange Form and/or returned beyond 30 days, will not be available for exchange or credit.
