What is your Returns Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return your item(s) for a full refund of the product price within 30 days of the shipping date on your packing slip. Items that are returned must be in their original condition in order to receive credit which will be in the form of the original payment method.
Please note that packaging, shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Customers will be responsible for the cost to return item(s) to Simple Truths unless the item(s) received were damaged or incorrect.
Can I return a gift?
Yes. As stated above, our products come with a 30 day guarantee. If you receive an order as a gift and wish to return it, you may do so within 30 days of the shipping date. Gift orders that are returned will be credited to the purchaser in the form of the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item I purchased for a different item?
Yes. You may return an item in exchange for a different item. As stated in the return policy, the returned items must be in their original condition to receive credit. Packaging, shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Please refer to the Return and Exchange instructions below for further information.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If your order is damaged in the shipping process or damaged due to product defects, we will work with you to replace the damaged product at no cost to you. If you receive your order and it is incorrect or missing merchandise, then we will send out the correct or missing product from the order and in some situations, ask that you return to us the product that you did not order. In all cases, we will ensure the correct product is entered into our system and shipped to you, and if applicable, will discuss with you the return of the item(s) you have in hand.

All returns and exchanges must include our Return and Exchange form that can be downloaded by clicking here: RETURN FORM. Be sure to include your order number, customer name and phone number on the Return and Exchange Form.
