What is the Simple Truths VIP CLUB? Upon joining you will receive an instant 20% discount off all items in your cart, excluding the cost of the VIP Club Premier package. This is a one time 20% discount that is only valid during your current shopping session. Your starter kit will ship out within 2 business days and may ship separately from other items in your cart. No expedited shipping is available for the VIP Club Premier Package. The month after you join, you will receive one book a month and various special offers and discounts only available to VIP CLUB members. Your saved credit card will be charged $15 per month and will be billed If your order is more than $50 your entire order will ship free via UPS ground. |

How may I join the Simple Truths VIP CLUB? |

| When will I receive my VIP CLUB Premier Membership package? Your Membership gift will arrive within 2 weeks of signing up, unless otherwise notified. You will start receiving your book-of-the-month the following month and your credit card will be charged when your VIP CLUB gift book has been sent. |

| Is expedited shipping available? Expedited shipping is not available for any part of the VIP CLUB program. If you are placing an order for products in addition to the VIP CLUB and need that portion of your order expedited, you will need to place a separate order for the products you need shipped via 2-day, 3-day or next day service. |

| Do I receive 10% off on all purchases? Yes, as a VIP member you are entitled to 10% off all products. |

| Will I receive all of Simple Truths new releases automatically? Each month we will carefully choose one Simple Truths VIP CLUB release to provide you with a well rounded library of books on a wide range of topics. Some months Simple Truths may release more than one title. |

| What kind of special offers will I receive? Special offers will range from discounts on specific products, specials on shipping as well as special products that will only be available to VIP CLUB Members. Look for your special offer(s) in your monthly gift book shipment or email. |

| How much does it cost to become a member? Membership is $15.00 per month plus applicable sales tax within the State of Illinois. For your convenience, VIP CLUB membership fees are automatically charged to your chosen credit card each month. Monthly invoicing is not available. |

| How do I update my Credit Card information if it has changed? Please call 1-800-900-3427 and speak with a customer care representative. |

| Can I cancel my VIP CLUB Rewards membership? Yes, you may cancel your membership anytime by calling 1-800-900-3427 ext.1. If you wish to cancel before three billing cycles, your credit card will be charged an additional $44.95 for the 3 coffee table books in your premier package starter kit. After three billing cycles of membership, you may cancel your monthly membership without any other charges. Your initial purchase today counts as one billing cycle. |

| Can I return VIP CLUB Member books? No, we can not accept returns for book-of-the-month mailings. Simple Truths publishes beautiful gift books that cover a wide range of topics from inspirational to motivational and all are beautifully made with wonderful photography and thoughtful design. We are confident that if a book doesn’t meet your needs you will know someone who would appreciate receiving any one of our titles. |

| How do I login to receive my 10% discount? Your VIP status is recognized once you login to your account. Your 10% discount will automatically apply to all items in your cart. |
