Where do you ship?

We ship to most locations in Canada except for remote areas not serviced by FedEx. If you are shipping to another international location, please select your shipping location from the dropdown menu on the homepage.

What methods are available and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship FedEx Ground for Canadian orders and orders shipping to the US and US Territories. General delivery time is 2-7 business days once the order has cleared customs.  Some western provinces and remote locations may take longer. If you need an expedited shipping method, please email or call Customer Care for availability.

All orders will be processed for shipment from our distribution center in Naperville, IL USA once a week on Wednesdays. An order must be placed prior to midnight CST the night before to be included for that day's shipping. (For example, an order placed at 11:50 pm CST on Tuesday night will ship the next day, on Wednesday. An order placed at 9:00 am CST on Wednesday will ship the following Wednesday.)

Please note: Delivery times are not guaranteed on international orders due to potential delays with customs procedures.

After your order is placed you will receive an email order confirmation. Please review and contact us if any changes need to be made. Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been processed in our warehouse.

When your order is processed in our warehouse you will receive an email shipment notification with tracking information. This email informs you that your order has been processed and will ship within 24 hours.

Shipping to Canada:

UPS Standard to Canada is a ground method estimated to deliver in 3-5 business days. Remote locations may take longer.

What are shipping and handling costs?

Shipping costs vary and are based on the shipping method you select, the weight of the order, the size of the order and the postal code destination.

Simple Truths acts as Importer of Record for all Canadian shipments. Therefore, costs of all duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees are included in the quoted shipping and handling costs.
