Relax. You can do it. Just stop wasting your time with unproductive time-wasters. Ask yourself this.
If I could only get 3 things done today, what would they be?
Focus on those things, and only those things, and either defer, delay, or renegotiate the rest. If you can keep your mind focused doing only these tasks to the best of your ability, the outcome will be much greater (and less stressful) than if you insisted on being distracted, and trying to finish 100 things today.
